Recently attended the 4 hour course for HOA Board Members and was thoroughly impressed. The outline was well thought out and covered everything we need to know and so much more. The insight provided by the attorneys was greatly appreciated, especially when they would advise us to specifically take note of certain items. Highly recommend them for their education courses!

Although I'm an "Association" Board member, I enjoyed the "heads-up" of what is happening in the "Condo" realm that is probably heading our way. Certainly wish that they refine the "commercial" vehicle ruling. I, for one, do not like to see vendor vehicles now parked overnight in my neighborhood.
