If you have ARAG legal insurance I wouldn't use them. Unfortunately the two receptionist I spoke to on separate occasions were not familiar with it and caused me to waste time. Per ARAG website they had an attorney on staff that was covered. Was a little let down. Maybe the ARAG website had not been updated but it would've been nice if they were familiar with the service.

Very informative and helpful. Mr. Ansbacher presented the legal information for HOA's and COA's in an easy to understand format. He is a very effective presenter.

Hello, The presentation was well done. My only complaint is for my HOA / Arrowhead 3 in Ormond beach I found a fair amount of unnessary Information. We had to listen to allot of Condo information which waste alot of peoples time. You should have a shorten HOA course without Condos. Same for condo people, they should not have to listen to HOA. Also to much emphasis is about us giving a five star review. That would be like going to a teacher in school and say, please give me A for course. What happened to having to earn something. I should get A because I earn it and met the standards. You should present it as if you feel we did five stars then please give it to us. You use this for help in getting high reviews for your law firm as you charge people 400 dollars an hour or more. You benefit from it while we volunteer to work for free. I think you are very professional, but I must be honest with myself and you. I have given many five star reviews to people that have provided that kind of service. Thank you for the seminar, I learned a lot. Four hours is a lot of time and it is hard to pay attention for that long. Shorting your presentation will benefit your volunteers, they will retain more. And you will get higher reviews. Thank you for considering my suggestions.
