Hannah Rulio did. great job of explaining the 2024-2025 legislative changes. Thank you! Took course again in 2026 after participating on Condo HOA for 1 year. It seemed to me that many topics reviewed were explained well from a legal perspective (for the layman). Was pleased to see presenter Alexandra Gonzales from Jacksonville Florida, my home residence, providing a review of 2024-2025 legislative changes. My HOA CAM and other board officers keep our HOA informed of legislative issues.

Attended an online webinar for HOA/Condo Board Member Certification presentation on a Saturday! It was not boring or dull. The attorney got right to the point of the subject matter and explained everything in layman's terms, which was a plus. I was impressed by the all the presenters during the webinar. Actually, I plan to let our possibly new Board President to seek Ansbacher Law to be our representative for our new HOA! Very knowledgeable of the laws.
