Before we planed to move to Florida, we decided first to find a Law Firm. The construction process of a new home, especially the legal documents, are very important. We chose Ansbacher Law Firm, and since our first meeting with an attorney, we never regretted our decision. Our Attorney Zach is very polite, responsible, knowledgeable, understanding, and treats clients with great respect. He responded very fast to our questions or concerns. His advice in this process helped us to avoid many problems in the future. Sometimes we say that people are born for the specific profession. In our opinion and experience with the Attorney Zach, He is "100 % born lawyer". It was a pleasure to work with Zach and his Team. Thank you for the great work. I want to thank Paula and the team over at Ansbacher Law for providing their free HOA/CONDO 4 Hour Board Member Certification course. It was both informative and convenient with having the Saturday morning option available to me. I highly recommend this course to any and all HOA and Condo Board Members needing to fulfill their course requirements per new FL law.
