Avoid Zachary Roth and this firm at all costs. Their handling of my property closing was completely unprofessional. They failed to properly record the deed ten years ago, and instead of taking responsibility for their own error, Zachary Roth had the arrogance and audacity to threaten me with legal action—trying to blame me, the seller, for their failure. He chose a condescending, hostile tone rather than helping fix the problem they created. It’s shocking to see an attorney resort to intimidation instead of professionalism, especially when it’s his own firm’s mistake that caused the issue. If you want a real estate attorney who will own their work, communicate respectfully, and do the job correctly, look elsewhere.

I was totally surprised at how much info was shared by the hosts. I have been through many training seminars for work that are filled with fluff and could have been paired down to save some time. Your webinar was jam packed with relevant and useful information and guidelines. I expect to retake this as a refresher and to listen/learn from other participants Q&A.

Barry is an expert attorney who has helped my organization immensely with Real Estate, governance & many other issues. His breadth of "off the cuff" knowledge is amazing, and his ability to drill down and focus on key issues without drowning in unnecessary details that waste time & effort has always made him a pleasure to work with. His office staff also is very easy to work with, anticipating needs before they arise, and always staying on top of things.

Given the litigous society in which we live, this was an outstanding delivery of important rights, rules and laws, for property management and Board members! I would have attended for my own information if I'd have known about the webinar sooner. Questions and answers at the end was very informative and assuring !!!! -VCC HOA Board President , Jacksonville
