This was my first time attending a HOA/CONDO 4 Hour Board Member Certification | Division Approved Course. This was an eye opener about how a Homeowners Association should operate yearly. Every HOA/Condo officer needs this course, and it should be a requirement for all newly elected officers. Our property managers do an excellent job of operating within the guidelines, rules and regulations of the HOA's agreement or Codo agreement. Excellent course!!

The Homeowners Course certification covered very important information which I can apply to my duties as HOA director. I enjoyed the real life examples and responses to questions from others. Overall, the course was excellent and well-worth my time.
