If you have ARAG legal insurance I wouldn't use them. Unfortunately the two receptionist I spoke to on separate occasions were not familiar with it and caused me to waste time. Per ARAG website they had an attorney on staff that was covered. Was a little let down. Maybe the ARAG website had not been updated but it would've been nice if they were familiar with the service.

All of the attorneys who've participated in these seminars have been excellent, but I especially appreciate it when Barry has the time to join the group. He is an excellent speaker, very easy to follow even from a TV zoom presentation. He doesn't rush and makes sure that explanations are clear. Some presenters in other firms talk faster than I can listen. Not Barry. He's an excellent speaker. Ansbacher Law provides up-to-date free workshops to CAMs, HOA reps, condo board members and to other community leaders. The more often I attend, the more I learn. Being on a condo board is a trust and a responsibility. We are the firewall between residents and good or poor decisions in budgeting, in contracts, in maintenance and in meeting legal obligations. In addition, well-informed board members can recognize issues to be mitigated prior to more serious problems developing. I have been able to email or call with a quick question to get steered in an effective direction. If it's a request that goes beyond a simple answer, Ansbacher Law is always accessible to clarify issues or be there in a professional capacity. Staff returns calls and emails, and each one on the team is accessible and feels like a friend. The ongoing free classes (both online and in person) indicate Ansbacher's commitment to serve the people in our area through education and through legal services, when they are needed. I can bring extra materials back to board members who aren't able to attend. Ansbacher has provided our Condo Association with outstanding service through educating our Board members and by providing legal opinions on occasion when they have been needed. I highly recommend Ansbacher Law and count that as an essential part of our well-managed condo that was built in 1981... it's great place to live with great support.

Hello, The presentation was well done. My only complaint is for my HOA / Arrowhead 3 in Ormond beach I found a fair amount of unnessary Information. We had to listen to allot of Condo information which waste alot of peoples time. You should have a shorten HOA course without Condos. Same for condo people, they should not have to listen to HOA. Also to much emphasis is about us giving a five star review. That would be like going to a teacher in school and say, please give me A for course. What happened to having to earn something. I should get A because I earn it and met the standards. You should present it as if you feel we did five stars then please give it to us. You use this for help in getting high reviews for your law firm as you charge people 400 dollars an hour or more. You benefit from it while we volunteer to work for free. I think you are very professional, but I must be honest with myself and you. I have given many five star reviews to people that have provided that kind of service. Thank you for the seminar, I learned a lot. Four hours is a lot of time and it is hard to pay attention for that long. Shorting your presentation will benefit your volunteers, they will retain more. And you will get higher reviews. Thank you for considering my suggestions.
