I wouldn’t recommend this law firm. My experience with them has demonstrated that they’re not understanding to the slightest degree nor empathetic and you would hope to have some empathy when dealing with lawyers.

Avoid Zachary Roth and this firm at all costs. Their handling of my property closing was completely unprofessional. They failed to properly record the deed ten years ago, and instead of taking responsibility for their own error, Zachary Roth had the arrogance and audacity to threaten me with legal action—trying to blame me, the seller, for their failure. He chose a condescending, hostile tone rather than helping fix the problem they created. It’s shocking to see an attorney resort to intimidation instead of professionalism, especially when it’s his own firm’s mistake that caused the issue. If you want a real estate attorney who will own their work, communicate respectfully, and do the job correctly, look elsewhere.

The most unprofessional law firm ever. This law firm treats there employees terrible and uses terrible foul language toward each other. I was able to hear foul language in the background of a phone call about my case.

Zach is an unethical representative to the court. He maintains charges for the town he represents putting me through a lengthy legal process after being given undeniable exculpatory evidence.

Be careful with this attorney, I did not feel they were professional and felt they handled my case by being very inconsiderate and only out for the money. It was not a pleasant experience and I would never use them again.
