If you have ARAG legal insurance I wouldn't use them. Unfortunately the two receptionist I spoke to on separate occasions were not familiar with it and caused me to waste time. Per ARAG website they had an attorney on staff that was covered. Was a little let down. Maybe the ARAG website had not been updated but it would've been nice if they were familiar with the service.

I am sorry you had difficulty in getting an answer to your question. Our firm has not participated in this insurance program for decades. That is why our receptionists were not familiar with the program because they were not working with us back when we accepted the insurance program. I don’t know why they are still listing us as a participant.
