It seemed to me that many topics reviewed were explained well from a legal perspective (for the layman). Was pleased to see presenter Alexandra Gonzales from Jacksonville Florida, my home residence, providing a review of 2024-2025 legislative changes. My HOA CAM and other board officers keep our HOA informed of legislative issues.

Board Certification: I thought the course was great. I’ve been serving as a board member off and on for about sixteen years and I’ve held every officer position. This was the first time I’ve had the opportunity to attend any type of training for board members. Registration was quick, the Zoom link worked great, the course material was excellent and the instructors presented the material in a manner that was easy to understand. I enjoyed the HOA/CONDO 4 Hour Board Member Certification webinar. Every speaker was prepared and proceeded with their instruction when it was their time to speak. The best part was that you could type online questions during their presentations and they had two (2) attorney's online answering the questions. They actually held some of the better question to the end of the webinar for an opportunity to dive further into the subjects. I would highly recommend this webinar to anyone seeking their HOA/CONDO Board Member Certification.

I’ve moved to a different condo community and they not our association attorney here I follow him and all his online Zoom classes very down to earth and easy to understand. His office is also extremely helpful and answering your question. In fact, they just referred me to another attorney for a real estate estate issue that they could not handle.
