Hello, The presentation was well done. My only complaint is for my HOA / Arrowhead 3 in Ormond beach I found a fair amount of unnessary Information. We had to listen to allot of Condo information which waste alot of peoples time. You should have a shorten HOA course without Condos. Same for condo people, they should not have to listen to HOA. Also to much emphasis is about us giving a five star review. That would be like going to a teacher in school and say, please give me A for course. What happened to having to earn something. I should get A because I earn it and met the standards. You should present it as if you feel we did five stars then please give it to us. You use this for help in getting high reviews for your law firm as you charge people 400 dollars an hour or more. You benefit from it while we volunteer to work for free. I think you are very professional, but I must be honest with myself and you. I have given many five star reviews to people that have provided that kind of service. Thank you for the seminar, I learned a lot. Four hours is a lot of time and it is hard to pay attention for that long. Shorting your presentation will benefit your volunteers, they will retain more. And you will get higher reviews. Thank you for considering my suggestions.

Thank you for attending and sharing your experience. First, we do not charge anything to attend our classes. We offer them as a community service and participation is open to everyone whether or not they are clients. As to the reviews nobody is ever required to review our firm or these classes as a condition for attending. We do inform everyone that given the algorithm used by Google even a positive 4 star review hurts our online reputation. We do so as we have learned from experience that many people do not realize how the rating system works and appreciate the explanation.
