If you have ARAG legal insurance I wouldn't use them. Unfortunately the two receptionist I spoke to on separate occasions were not familiar with it and caused me to waste time. Per ARAG website they had an attorney on staff that was covered. Was a little let down. Maybe the ARAG website had not been updated but it would've been nice if they were familiar with the service.

I try to avoid hiring an attorney if at all possible. In this case my own insurance company was very difficult and slow to approve necessary test requested by my Doctor. A friend of mine urged me to call Teresa at Ansbacher. I finally, reluctantly made the call. From the very first meeting Teresa, Davarian and Shannon made this process very easy.
