Board Certification: I thought the course was great. I’ve been serving as a board member off and on for about sixteen years and I’ve held every officer position. The 4-hour HOA/Condo Webinar conducted by the Ansbacher Law team was excellent. They provided a lot of common lessons learned, Florida Statutes/guidelines, and considerations for all board members. You could tell that the training has been improved through feedback they've received before. Very thoughtful and detail oriented. This was well worth the time on a Saturday morning. One recommendation moving forward: Could you provide some of the brief as a "read-ahead" that way I could come to the meeting with some questions already or it may prevent questions you're going to answer later in the brief.

Every HOA/Condo officer needs this course, and it should be a requirement for all newly elected officers. I sat in on a certification course led by attorneys from Ansbacher Law and it was very informative. The content was timely and thorough. Florida Statutes were included so I was able to understand the role of being a board member of my condo association required having an understanding of the condo documents and FL statutes and so forth.
