The 4-hour HOA/Condo Webinar conducted by the Ansbacher Law team was excellent. They provided a lot of common lessons learned, Florida Statutes/guidelines, and considerations for all board members. You could tell that the training has been improved through feedback they've received before. Very thoughtful and detail oriented. This was well worth the time on a Saturday morning. One recommendation moving forward: Could you provide some of the brief as a "read-ahead" that way I could come to the meeting with some questions already or it may prevent questions you're going to answer later in the brief.

Florida Statutes were included so I was able to understand the role of being a board member of my condo association required having an understanding of the condo documents and FL statutes and so forth.
