Hannah Rulio did. great job of explaining the 2024-2025 legislative changes. Thank you! Took course again in 2026 after participating on Condo HOA for 1 year. It seemed to me that many topics reviewed were explained well from a legal perspective (for the layman). Was pleased to see presenter Alexandra Gonzales from Jacksonville Florida, my home residence, providing a review of 2024-2025 legislative changes. My HOA CAM and other board officers keep our HOA informed of legislative issues.

Ansbacher Law's educational seminars are so worthwhile if you are on a Board or just wanting to learn about condo or HOA association rules. Their recent legislative update was full of information and answers. They answer non specific to your association questions about the training during the training sessions. I've attended many of their sessions and will continue to do so. Highly recommend their seminars.
