I found Ansbacher Law by using artificial intelligence. I asked both ChatGPT and also Grok who was the best real estate attorney in Jacksonville using my criteria of best reviews and affordability. Ansbacher Law came up ranked at the top in ChatGPT & also Grok! So I contacted this law firm and had them help me purchase a home reviewing all of my closing docs (since I purchased the home without a realtor). Brooke Cleary was my attorney along with her paralegal Jacqueline Clay. They have been a rockstar team for me exceeding my expectations by educating me every step of the way, clear professional communication and timeliness that I could depend on! I highly recommend Brooke & Jacqueline to be on your team for any real estate needs! The 4-hour HOA/Condo Webinar conducted by the Ansbacher Law team was excellent. They provided a lot of common lessons learned, Florida Statutes/guidelines, and considerations for all board members. You could tell that the training has been improved through feedback they've received before. Very thoughtful and detail oriented. This was well worth the time on a Saturday morning. One recommendation moving forward: Could you provide some of the brief as a "read-ahead" that way I could come to the meeting with some questions already or it may prevent questions you're going to answer later in the brief.

Ansbacher Law's educational seminars are so worthwhile if you are on a Board or just wanting to learn about condo or HOA association rules. Their recent legislative update was full of information and answers. They answer non specific to your association questions about the training during the training sessions. I've attended many of their sessions and will continue to do so. Highly recommend their seminars.

I most strongly recommend the Ansbacher Law 2025 Legal Update Course to future and current board members, anyone contemplating buying a condo or non-board members of a condo association community. Condominium law can be overwhelming for any board member and the year-to-year changes have been significant for all condominiums. Ansbacher Law continues to impress me with their commitment to the community and to their clients through continuing education classes. Ms. Rullo presented the material in an easy to understand manner while keeping it interesting and humorous. She is a great public speaker and helps to make condominium law easier to understand. Many thanks to the administrative side of Ansbacher Law for setting up the online portion of the presentation. I had zero hiccups getting signed up, logging in, and connecting. Seamless across the board. This training was productive and well worth the time invested!

Although I'm an "Association" Board member, I enjoyed the "heads-up" of what is happening in the "Condo" realm that is probably heading our way. Certainly wish that they refine the "commercial" vehicle ruling. I, for one, do not like to see vendor vehicles now parked overnight in my neighborhood.
