This was my first time attending a HOA/CONDO 4 Hour Board Member Certification | Division Approved Course. This was an eye opener about how a Homeowners Association should operate yearly. Every HOA/Condo officer needs this course, and it should be a requirement for all newly elected officers. Our property managers do an excellent job of operating within the guidelines, rules and regulations of the HOA's agreement or Codo agreement. Excellent course!!

After being denied a planning variance on my home I hired Hannah Rullo and her Ansbacher team to assist me with an appeal. They did a great job, researched the situation thoroughly and then gave a presentation to the City commission, in a very compelling professional manner.
