I sat in on a certification course led by attorneys from Ansbacher Law and it was very informative. The content was timely and thorough. Florida Statutes were included so I was able to understand the role of being a board member of my condo association required having an understanding of the condo documents and FL statutes and so forth. It was a lot to take in in 4 hours, but the content was well worth the time commitment.

Each of the presenters were very good in their delivery. I understand the reason that the course includes both condos and HOA’s, however, the course would more effective if the sessions were conducted separately to allow the presenters to expound on each group’s (HOA or Condos) respective interests.
