Avoid Zachary Roth and this firm at all costs. Their handling of my property closing was completely unprofessional. They failed to properly record the deed ten years ago, and instead of taking responsibility for their own error, Zachary Roth had the arrogance and audacity to threaten me with legal action—trying to blame me, the seller, for their failure. He chose a condescending, hostile tone rather than helping fix the problem they created. It’s shocking to see an attorney resort to intimidation instead of professionalism, especially when it’s his own firm’s mistake that caused the issue. If you want a real estate attorney who will own their work, communicate respectfully, and do the job correctly, look elsewhere.

Ansbacher Law's Webinar | HOA/CONDO 4 Hour Board Member Certification | Division Approved Course This 4-hour event meets the Florida certification requirement for Board of Director members in HOAs and Condo associations. The Ansbacher Law team did a splendind job of delivering an informative, fast-paced webinar. They covered a gamut of topics from insurance types, recent changes in the laws affecting associations and recent legislative efforts. They provided ample time for Q&A and clearly explained all of the materials. If you are a Director on an HOA or COA, I highly recommend taking this course through Ansbacher Law. Time well spent!

This was my first time attending a HOA/CONDO 4 Hour Board Member Certification | Division Approved Course. This was an eye opener about how a Homeowners Association should operate yearly. Every HOA/Condo officer needs this course, and it should be a requirement for all newly elected officers. Our property managers do an excellent job of operating within the guidelines, rules and regulations of the HOA's agreement or Codo agreement. Excellent course!!

After being denied a planning variance on my home I hired Hannah Rullo and her Ansbacher team to assist me with an appeal. They did a great job, researched the situation thoroughly and then gave a presentation to the City commission, in a very compelling professional manner. Bottom line, the variance was approved on a 5 to 0 vote !!!
